4TH Joint Management Body Annual General Meeting

The 4th JMB AGM was held on the 5th October 2019 at Level 18 Shaftsbury Asteria Hall for all eligible parcel owner to attend.

Key highlights:

  • No changes on the rate of service charge, sinking fund, interest of late payment
  • Audited account showed that the financial status is healthy
  • JMB proposed to (i) installation concrete imprint at CP6 driveways; (ii) repainting for Block A and Block B; (iii) refurbishment of children playground at Shaftsbury Residences. The motion approved in the meeting
  • Committee members is re-elected for the upcoming term.
